reservations and deposit
For reservations to be confirmed we require a deposit of 50%.
minimum stay requirement
The minimum stay at the apartments or the guestroom is three nights.
payments
The deposit can be paid through www.paypal.com (an eBay Company). We will send you an electronic invoice, which allow you to make the payment using your credit card. If you have not used PayPal earlier, you will need to sign up, which will costs you a couple of Euros, even though that is not quite clear from the start. If you prefer to pay by bank, we will provide you with the account number and the international bank codes that you will require. The balance is to be settled in cash upon arrival. Of course you can also settle by online payment through Paypal prior to arrival.
cancellations
We are only very small: we have only two apartments. Consequently, loosing business through no-shows has a big impact on the business as a whole. Still we would like you to be able to cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly.
We will give you a refund as follows:
- 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date.
- 20% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date.
- No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.
Please make sure that you receive our confirmation that indeed your reservation is cancelled. Even though e-mail is quite reliable, we would like to ensure that communication is clear and unambiguous.
